Heidi Gross has more than 20 years of experience in design and publishing.  She was the creative director for World of Hibernia, Irish Connections and Irish Examiner and has been an independent art director for various organizations that range from major corporations to professional services firms and nonprofits.  Heidi holds a BFA in graphic design from The University of the Arts and has won numerous awards for her editorial designs through the Art Directors Club of New Jersey.

Carol Munns has more than 30 years of experience in the publishing and marketing communications field.  She has been a member of the editorial staff of Business Week, senior editor of On the Sound magazine, editorial director of Dupuch Publications (Bahamas) and director of editorial services at KPMG, responsible for World, the firm’s global magazine for clients.

Donna Dolan-Czuj is a marketing and advertising consultant with a dual degree in Marketing and Management from Syracuse University.  She has served as the Marketing and Operational Management Director for a local technology company, CZ Solutions, Inc., for the past 12 years.  Prior to that, Donna worked for Elektra Entertainment for 10 years as the Senior Director of Advertising and Merchandising, where she managed its in-house advertising agency and developed the advertising and media campaigns for all of the artists on the label.

Margie, a second generation Ridgewood resident, is involved in various community groups and activities. She works for both the Village of Ridgewood and the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce and is a volunteer with the Ridgewood Fourth of July Celebration Committee and the Ridgewood Arts Council. Margie has worked for the World of Hibernia magazine, as well as the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark.
